Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read this document carefully. By using our services or making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Standard Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 30 days before check-in: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
  • 15-30 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • 7-14 days before check-in: 25% refund
  • Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund
  • No-show: Full amount forfeited

Peak Season Policy

During peak seasons (December 15 - January 15, April 1 - June 30), a stricter policy applies:

  • More than 45 days before check-in: Full refund minus 15% processing fee
  • 30-45 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • Less than 30 days before check-in: No refund

Special Packages & Offers

Bookings made under special promotional offers or packages may have different cancellation terms. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking and in your confirmation email.

Modification Policy

Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Modifications requested within 14 days of check-in may not be possible and will be treated as cancellations.

Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule your stay or provide a full refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
