Acceptance of Terms

By making a reservation or staying at The Hill Top HIDEAWAY, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.

Reservations & Check-in

Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges
Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in
Guests must be 18 years or older to check-in
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest

Payment Terms

Payment policies are as follows:

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR)
Rates are subject to applicable taxes and service charges
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to:

Respect other guests and maintain appropriate noise levels
Follow all safety instructions and resort rules
Not engage in illegal activities on the premises
Not smoke in non-designated areas
Be responsible for any damage to resort property

Safari & Activities

Participation in safaris and other activities is at your own risk. Guests must follow guide instructions and wildlife viewing guidelines. The resort is not responsible for wildlife behavior or natural events.

Liability Limitations

The Hill Top HIDEAWAY shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during your stay, except in cases of proven negligence. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for comprehensive coverage.

Children & Pets

Children are welcome and must be supervised by adults at all times. Pets are not permitted except for certified service animals with prior notification.

Photography & Media

The resort may use photographs or videos taken on the premises for promotional purposes. Guests who do not wish to be photographed should inform our staff.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in .
